    H.E.A.T ( High Energy Athletic Training) was developed with one goal in mind: To transform you into a strong, confident, healthy individual. Our program is designed to work for anyone – no matter age, size or training experience. The workouts are 100% modifiable in order to meet each person’s skill level. During this 50 minute workout that builds muscle, shreds fat, and supercharges your metabolism, you will have FUN working alongside incredible people while moving to the best hip-hop, latin, and pop music.
