If you are just embarking on your fitness journey, then let us show you around. Our new member orientations include a detailed tour of the facility, instruction on equipment use, a fitness needs assessment, and a basic workout plan. Just shoot us an e-mail with your availability, and we’ll get you setup for your 60 minute orientation right away.
If you are an experienced gym-goer, then we’ll just give you a quick tour of the facility and show you how to operate the self-programming lockers. Our goal is to make your experience fit your idea of perfect, not ours!
