Let Harold Sanco teach you the basics of Step Strong that are straight forward up and down movements on an adjustable platform to lift your heart rate, burn calories and reduce body fat. This 30 minute introductory class will get you set up for success for more advanced classes later.

Intro to Step Strong is free for members and this month’s sessions will be held Saturday March 10th at 11AM and Saturday March 17th at 11AM.
