What fitness accomplishment are you most proud of?

At first…ability to shed some weight and now the focus on strength and muscle development.

What lead you to BodySmith Gym?

I was making no progress on my own. I decided to try a personal trainer and BodySmith Gym has a great reputation for personal training. I thrive on the motivation and encouragement that Aghilas provides me.

What motivates you?

Seeing results!

What’s your favorite Exercise?

Cleans (for shoulders) and tire slams (great workout and stress reliever). For cardio…my daily 305 Fitness dance cardio workouts!

What’s the biggest change you’ve seen in yourself since you’ve been training at BodySmith Gym?

My motivation to work hard and the positive mood exercising puts me in daily. Also…I keep a much greater focus on my diet to maintain the gains I am making working out.

What do you like about training with Aghilas?

Aghilas tailors programs for my specific goals…building muscle, shedding fat, and/or strength. He cares about each of his clients and challenges me to always do better. He also motivates me to watch my diet every day. Aghilas has also become a very good friend…not just my trainer.

If you could hang out with 5 people dead or alive who would they be?

Madonna, my mom (close second), Bill Maher, Barack Obama, Michael Jackson
